Alliance for Integrated Care of New York, LLC, a Medicare Shared Savings Program Accountable Care Organization (ACO)
The Alliance for Integrated Care of New York (AICNY) is a state-wide group of Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Centers that are Participating Practice Members of AICNY, a Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Accountable Care Organization (ACO) with approximately 6,500 beneficiaries. A significant portion of the beneficiaries are people with developmental disabilities, making it the only one of its kind.
The goals of AICNY are to improve medical services to attributed beneficiaries through coordination and access to services that will reduce the overall cost of care while achieving high standards of quality.
The five Participant Practices are Article 28 D&TCs. Three are Federally Qualified Health Centers*.
