A group of five Disability Service Agencies that operate Article 28 Diagnostic and Treatment Centers/Outpatient Health Clinics have come together in a partnership to operate the Alliance for Integrated Care of New York, LLC., (AICNY) a Medicare Shared Savings Program ACO which serves over 6,700 eligible Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries across various regions of NYS and NJ. A significant portion of the beneficiaries are people with developmental disabilities, making it the only one of its kind.

The goals of AICNY are to improve medical services to attributed beneficiaries through coordination and access to services that will reduce the overall cost of care while achieving high standards of quality.
